I believe that art is a glimpse into ones soul. It is a small peak into the artists being. I paint for myself and what makes me happy. I've loved art since drawing and coloring with crayons and coloring books as a child. I paint with several mediums: oils, watercolor and pastel. I have just recently rediscovered pastels, and developed a special love for this medium. Now that I'm retired, I devote most of my free time to painting. I agree with Pablo Picasso, "Give me a museum, and I will fill it up.”
