Carol Chiasson Rivas creates art using pastels, acrylics, watercolors, oils, and inks. Creatively she is inspired by her hometown of New Orleans, architecture, anything blue, and people and animals. Her art is currently displayed at the Palette Art League Gallery in Yellville.
