Misty Orlove

My art is centered around the things I love in life.  If I am not drawn to a subject with some emotional feelings, I don’t paint it. I strive to achieve that emotion so it will come through in my painting and conjure up visions and a reflex of emotion for the viewer.  I like to see life in my works. My love and appreciation for life means I most enjoy painting things that live:  animals, birds, flowers, and people.  They bring me the most joy to create.
